Justin Murphy brings insight of Gulf Coast region wrestling to site
EPWT.com is proud to welcome a new contributing writer to the Web site.
Justin Murphy, a native of Dothan, Alabama, and current resident of the
Orlando, Florida area will be contributing articles, columns and
editorials to the EPWT Site. Murphy has a background very close to
wrestling, having learned from Cowboy Bob Kelly and referee James Beard.
Murphy is also currently working on finishing a novel. EPWT Trainer Les
Thatcher says, "Justin's perspective and knowledge will bring great
content to our Web site. We are proud to have him as part of our team."

In Justin's first contribution, he discusses the history of the Gulf
Coast Heavyweight Title. This particular geographic territory was an
in-ring home to Les Thatcher in 1966-1967, and Les was an on-air
commentator in the area in 1980-1981. Les also produced and hosted a
taped show that aired in the area in 1978 called "Southeastern
Showcase."
